Pesarapappu Podi(Moong Dal Powder)




















Ingredients:
1 cup moong dal(pesara pappu)
1 tbsp roasted chana dal
4-5 dry red chillies
1 tsp cumin
salt as required

Method:
Dry roast dals and red chillies untill dal is light brown. Once dal is completely cooled, grind to a fine powder along with cumin and salt.Serve with rice with a teaspoon of ghee or oil .
